It is ideally located - Bethany Beach is at almost the exact midpoint between Rehoboth and Ocean City. Beaches, boardwalks, outlets, nature preserves, restaurants, and shops . . . nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Sea Colony is a wonderful community, and this condo is probably one of the nicest at Sea Colony."
