Sea Colony Oceanfront in Delaware

I grew up in the Washington, DC. area. Frequently visited Bethany Beach and Ocean City as a teenager and later as an adult with my children and friends' families. I moved to northern California for my career and met my wife. One of our first trips was to this beach.  It was important to me that we share the enjoyment of this area.

We have vacationed with our family at SeaColony several times a year every year. We love to spend time at Bethany Beach and enjoy all that it has to offer, sun, surf and restaurants.

We purchased our first Sea Colony condo in 2004. As our family extended, we purchased two rental condos; 1206N and 1402S Edgewater.

Why we chose Bethany Beach: 
My family fell in love with the family friendly atmosphere in Sea Colony after growing up in the DC suburbs. After renting for many years, we finally decided to buy a condo, with the intent of spending some serious retirement time here.

This is an Ocean Front location in a secure, stable, family friendly resort. This is a quiet resort which is close enough to Ocean City, MD that you can drive there when you want a honky tonk time.

As owners, we take a personal interest in maintaining the quality of our condos. Guests have requested such items as a Keurig, a crab pot and ceiling fans for various condos. We may not get it done immediately, but we take the requests seriously and plan accordingly. (Both condos now have ceiling fans)

Easy drive from Philadelphia, Baltimore or Washington. Approximately three hours by car from Baltimore, Washington, and Philadelphia areas, Only minutes away from Tax Free Outlet shopping.
